Why See Pacific Symphony - Mozart and Rachmaninoff?

From Past To Present

Pacific Symphony is joined by the multi-award winning conductor Andre Previn and pianist Garrick Ohlsson, as they take on the historical legends Mozart and Rachmaninoff.

Andre Previn will be conducting the premiere of his newest work for the orchestra, "Almost an Overture" along with Rachmaninoff's menacing Second Symphony

Garrick Ohlsson accompanies Pacific Symphony with Mozart's Ninth Piano Concerto, a piece of work that the fabled Alfred Brendall has referred to as "one of the greatest wonders of the world".

An evening to make even the smallest of hairs stand on edge!
