American Ballet Theater offers another chance to catch Tony winner Christopher Wheeldon's dramatic new ballet Like Water For Chocolate, a stunning production based on the 1989 novel of the same name by Mexican novelist Laura Esquivel. Telling the story of a young woman restricted by the confines of her strict upbringing, it's a tragic tale about freedom of expression, love, and duty.

Wheeldon, the Tony Award winner for MJ: The Musical, collaborated with composer Joby Talbot on this inspiring new work, with costume design by Bob Crowley, winner of multiple Tony and Laurence Olivier awards throughout his nearly four-decade career.
